Finding Common Ground

As the Arkansas-UT game inches ever closer, tensions between Razorback and Volunteer fans are bound to heat up. But before things get too crazy, let's take a deep breath and remember what we have in common: we're both good people, we both love our teams ... and we're both unhealthy as hell.

According to a new survey issued by the United Health Foundation, Tennessee is the 46th healthiest state in the union, Arkansas the 48th. The foundation looked at factors such as rates of obesity, heart disease, cancer deaths, childhood poverty and smoking when compiling the list. Ugh. Normally, I'd be wishing for an exciting, down-to-the-wire, nailbiting game ... but I'm not sure our fans' tickers can handle it.
