Special Houston Nutt Hodge Podge

This is probably not the last hodge podge we'll do on HDN's job status:

* Max Brantley at the Arkansas Times is reporting that Houston will be out...possibly sooner rather than later.

* Arkansas Sports 360 says Nutt has job offers waiting for him. Maybe Baylor? SMU? Ole Miss??

* The Slophouse weighs in with another Butch Davis rumor update.

Houston Nutt was my pick for Coach of the Year last year, mostly because of his awesome play calling:

It would be sad to see him go. But, LSU could loose Les Miles to Michigan if/when Lloyd Carr retires. If so, could Nutt get scooped by LSU?

Silence the loud minority. Enough is enough. Leave the kids and the coach alone to concentrate on the task before them. Houston needs an extension (2-3yr) and support. He has mine. Love dem Hogs !

Couldn’t have said it better TeamHawg. People seem to forget we played without Monk, Cleveland, & Tuck. Add them into the mix and our offensive would have been awesome.
