Around SBN: This Should Encourage Juan Mata

Woo Pig Sooie!!!

That's about all I have to say right now. Great night. Lots of stuff to choose from, but if I had to pick my favorite moment of the night, I would have to go with Ronnie Wingo's 62-yard TD run.

Strange fact: A&M actually outgained the Hogs, with 456 yards of total offfense to Arkansas' 421 yards.

More hootin and hollerin to come in the days ahead. In the meantime, tell us your thoughts in the comment thread.

The defense bended, but it did not break! Good thing thing we were tested before, because had this been one of our first two games, we would have surely lost. Their offense moved the ball, but our defense did a great job (most of the night) of keeping everything in front them. I think this should help us with the auburn offense.

Auburn looked good today, but really the way that they won today didn’t seem like they are that great on defense, but rather that Tennessee is what we all thought it was, all defense and no offense. Auburn seems good on offense, but I think that with our proven defense the game next week will be a little more like the game today. At least I hope it is.

Okay so if you haven’t figured out I’m a little over celebrated and waaaay too happy for this occasion! But I’m back on the bandwagon and I just want to say WHOOOOOO PIG SOOOOOOOIE!!!!!!!!

continuation...

Okay sorry, so I’m very celebratory… still and I just have to say that run by Wingo, was probably the happiest I’ve been in a long time with this team. Yes I’ve been happy with the new pass happy offense, but seeing that run was just reminiscent off traditional Razorback football! and also it let me know that our running game will be good soon. I’m just sad that Michael Smith didn’t factor in as much as I wish he would.

Anyways, I’ll be at DWRS next Saturday as we take on Auburn and I’ll be rooting as hard as possible. I’ll probably be here next week either praising the greatness of our team, or really doubting the chances of our bowl eligibility. Either way keep Rasputin making his predictions, because so far he has been 100% right.

Great Game

Loved beating the Aggies, especially b/c I can rub it in to a bunch of my friends that had the unfortunate circumstance of going to school there.

Best part of all – our D line looked very good and we discovered that we might actually have a running game.

And, too bad my second son was born in May – I missed naming him after Ryan Mallet.
