Rasputin Unveils His Troy Game Prediction. What's Yours?
In anticipation of tomorrow's battle against Troy, we consulted Rasputin, our staff soothsayer, to get his forecast for the game. A Russian immigrant who claims to be hundreds of years old and who sleeps every night in a chamber of pure oxygen, he has been a rabid Razorbacks football fan since the program's debut in 1894. Here's his prediction:
"Entrail of goat in the soothsayers' brew, do I have a game prediction for you!
Caution is advised and focus a must. Troy stands ready to make the season a bust!
But focused and ready the Hogs will be. At least enough to snag the victory.
Bowl eligible Arkansas soon will be. Anyone ready for a roadtrip with me?"
The mighty warriors of Arkansas 41, the mighty warriors of Troy 27."
Well, that's enough from Rasputin. Let's hear from you, both in the poll and in the comments thread.

Basho writes a Haiku for the Razorbacks!
Thirty Four for the Hogs.
Second string will let Troy score.
Trojans? Twenty Seven.

38-17 Hogs
Not a blow out but more than enough for a less-than-scary win. Mallett throws for 200 in the first half…
Go HOGS!!!

Assuming the team bites down on the bulletin board material...
48 – 17. Otherwise, could be something closer to 27 -11. Will we be seeing a “Reasons to Hate” post soon?

Why I went with sluggish victory
The Hogs have so much to gain, senior night, bowl eligibility, even some bulletin board material to get them fired up, so you would think they would be world beaters in this game. I hope they are. But history has taught me that whenever the Hogs should be going clearly in one direction, you need to seriously look at the other! haha. And I am looking at still a shaky pass defense from our Hogs. I just hope the front guys can get to the Troy qb in a hurry. And I hope we are smart enough to work the run into the game with long, time consuming drives to keep Troy’s qb off the field. Call me pessimistically, optimistic.
