More to come tomorrow, but this deserves a late-night shout-out: Rotnei Clarke scored 51 points tonight.

Yes, you read that right: 51 points!

Clarke set a school record for most points in a game and an SEC record for most three-point field-goals in a game (he made 13 to best former Hog Al Dillard's mark of 12).

And, oh yeah, the Hogs won: 130-68.

Absolutely incredible. What a way to start the season, especially for a team so in need of some good news.

It's a new season, boys.

Mike Washington had 2 PF in the first 45 seconds of the game, so we were especially short handed in the first quarter. It’s still going to be a rough season, but it looks like there could be some excitement, too.
Oh, and if anyone’s into equivocation, like I am, we technically just beat #16 Ohio St. They beat Alcorn St. on Monday by a score of 100-60. Advantage: Arkansas.
