Rasputin Unveils His Mississippi State Game Prediction. What's Yours?

In anticipation of tomorrow's battle against Mississippi State, we consulted Rasputin, our staff soothsayer, to get his forecast for the game. A Russian immigrant who claims to be hundreds of years old and who sleeps every night in a chamber of pure oxygen, he has been a rabid Razorbacks football fan since the program's debut in 1894.
To conjure up his prediction for Saturday's game, Rasputin spent this week sitting in the lotus position atop Petit Jean Mountain. Here's his prediction:
"Ghost of the French girl, she haunts the cold mountain night. Tried to soothe her I did, but there was no relief in sight.
Soon, I stopped trying and listened to her desolate wail. The meaning was soon clear - Arkansas will prevail!
I bid adieu to the lonely little Jean, of a bigger and better bowl game I now shall dream.

I picked Hogs
knock on wood
I think this team has found its identity and therefore I wager that there will not be a backslide into a performance like in the Ole Miss game. Also, we’ve played well in several early games now. And of course, War Memorial has been kind to the Hogs.
win big or lose
The Hogs haven’t been able to win either of the two close games they been in this year (UGA and FLA), so I’m afraid unless we win by 21 pts, we’ll probably end up losing by three.. nothing in between. I see the Hogs getting a 42-20 win.
In regards to the Razorback’s improvement this year, even if the record doesn’t tell the whole story, the way we winning games by alot and losing games by a few is completely contrary to the majority of last season. Last year we were a lot closer to 0-12 then I like to think. But this year you cant say that, all the games we have won have been routes, 2 losses are by a “few” points. GO Hogs, lets win these last 2 by 21 pts, then beat the crap out an overated team from OK in the Cotton Bowl!
