Hog Expats Unite Around the World
Editor's Note: we're interested to see where people are from, so we moved this Fan Post up to the front page. If you feel like sharing, please add a comment!
I am an Arkansan living outside the natural state as are many of you. I'm currently living in Denver and looking for fellow hog fans in the area. I thought it would be helpful for expats to post where they are currently living to facilitate the coming together of hog fans in various parts of the world. We all know that watching our Razorbacks is much more enjoyable with fellow fans (makes the winning sweeter and shares the mourning load if we should lose on a last minute TD.) I've been looking forward to this Georgia game since Jan. Go Hogs!!

Great for betting on the Hogs…not so much for watching. Most of these folks aren’t aware that colleges play football.
Allen Texas

I can’t imagine the reaction of SEC fans if their particular team lost toToledo after getting beat by their non-bcs in-state rival (CSU). Luckily for football fans in Colorado, they could care less.
Thanks for fixing those typos! I knew you would ;)
Kandahar Air Field, Kandahar, Afghanistan
8000 miles from Fayetteville. I live and work in Afghanistan. Thanks to Arkansas Expats I can stay up to date with what’s going on and thanks to SECdigitalnetwork.com I can watch the games. WPS!

Where Am I?
Currently at Narita Airport, Japan. On my home to Tulsa, which is home. And, thence, this Saturday, I will be on the front row of the upper deck, west side of Razorback Stadium!!! This, of course, is subject to God’s good will.

If anyone is ever in town join us at the Mad Hatter Saloon (Third Ave and 26th St) to cheer on the Hogs. http://arkalum.org/newyorkchapter/index.php
this thread is kind of awesome
Really fun to see the diversity of where people are coming from…thanks all!
Charlottesville, too!
Been here for a very long time, but I’m starting to see more of us around.
Kansas City
Just close enough that I can get down to Fedvul in 3 and a half hours but in Big 12 country. And just far enough that I can’t pick up the Hogs on the radio for games that aren’t broadcast in my area.

The Arkansas Alumni Association for the Bay Area usually sends out an email about a game watching location when the Hogs are on TV. Two weeks ago it was at Zeke’s in SF, but I don’t know about this weekend yet.
let me know if there are any Bay Area events coming up...
…for this weekend or beyond. I’d love to watch the game(s) with some fellow fans.

2008 UA alum working down here. I have actually met another alum and a few native Arkansans down here. We are meeting up this Saturday night at a bar with US ESPN to watch the Hawgs stomp the Dawgs!!!
Austin, TX
via Stuttgart and Conway. We have a facebook page for the Austin Razorbacks that serves as a message board to let everyone know where to meet and watch games, it has been really helpful since I moved down here a couple of years ago!
GO HOGS!!!
New Orleans, LA
In the middle of LSU territory, Tiger fans are obnoxious. I savor every golden boot game victory. Can’t wait for hogs to crush the dawgs!
Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Born and raised in the farming town of DeWitt, Arkansas. I lived in Dallas for four years before making the move to my wife’s hometown of Colorado Springs (South of Denver). I didn’t go to the U of A, but I had several family members attend under & post grad there. I am currently a flight attendant which I have been for the last four years so I travel a great deal. And anytime I work a flight to or from the natural state I am always sure to tip my hat to the Razorbacks in my announcements.
I have yet to meet any other Hog fans in Colorado Springs, but there are several SEC fans which I will settle for.

1999 UA graduate. Haven’t found any other Ark grads here, but always on the lookout.
The advance in internet streaming technology and quality has not been lost on me in my quest to watch the hogs. Thank you, Internet.
