Knile Davis runs the ball against the Ohio State Buckeyes during the 2011 Sugar Bowl.
Here at Expats Inc., we're big believers in democracy. It's why we were motivated to overthrow Hosni Mubarak back when he ran this blog with an iron first. And it's why we now ask you to chime in on who you think will emerge as the primary running back in the wake of Knile Davis' season-ending-before-the-season-began ankle injury.
I've always had a soft spot for Dennis Johnson, so I would absolutely love to see him step into the breach and peel off a string of heroic performances. I think he can do it. Ronnie Wingo reportedly had a very nice spring, and he's always seemed to have a ton of potential; this would be an oh-so-nice season to finally realize it. And suddenly, Kody Walker and Kelvin Fisher seem as though they may enter the picture.
Only time will tell who - if anybody - steps up to at least somewhat fill Knile's shoes. In the meantime, all we can do is speculate.
