Cotton Bowl Poll on Cotton Bowl Eve
Well, here we are. It is the day before the Cotton Bowl, and excitement and some worry (please don't let us be Clemson) are both running high right now for me, as I imagine it is for a lot of Razorback fans, be they in Arlington or Antarctica. The program has a chance to notch an 11th win with a win on Friday night and stay on top of the media hype wave going into next season. Will our Porkers pull it off? The poll question today works on the assumption that they do (think positive) pull it off someway, somehow, maybe even in a big way. WPS!

Jarius Wright for sure
K State has struggled against top WRs.
How about Jake Bequette in his last game as a Razorback?
Remember when Arkansas got the SEC road game monkey off its back in 2010 by beating Georgia between the hedges after Ryan Mallett found Greg Childs for a 26-yard touchdown pass? All of that was set up by Jake Bequette’s huge sac of Aaron Murray on 3rd and 4 of Georgia’s last possession.
Mr. Bequette, meet Mr. Klein. Repeatedly.
Kiss, Not the band
I suspect Paul Haynes will work with Peoples and Caldwell to deliver a defense worthy of a mighty bowl win. I really believe this KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) defense will play the gap control and lane assignments we will need to stop Klien and Hubert in this bowl game. Once our defense limits the KS offensive success (clock time) we will have the ball more on offense to light them up. When that point comes in the game….. the Razorback run game will be more impressive. Once Klien starts throwing to keep up I expect one-two interceptions.
