The defense was wobbly at times in the second half and the offense had a hard time punching the ball into the end zone, but let's not get too picky. The Razorbacks showed admirable composure against a Top Ten opponent. That was a solid, solid bowl victory, one that gave the Hogs their first 11-win season since 1977. Yes, tonight is a good night to be a Razorback fan.
The only down note is that tonight marked the last appearances of Joe Adams, Jarius Wright, Jake Bequette, Greg Childs and the rest of a wonderful senior class in Razorback uniforms. Thanks for all the great work, guys. You've left the program in fantastic shape.
The hour is growing late, and we'll have more to say later this weekend, when our thoughts are a little more coherent. In the meantime, give us your take on tonight's win.
And - oh yeah - Woo Pig Sooie!
