US PRESSWIRE
Austin Flynn had a fun Mardi Gras, for a while.
A day after Alabama began it's march to the Fulmer Cup, defending champion Arkansas is showing it will not just hand the trophy over without a fight.
Arkansas defensive lineman Austin Flynn was arrested in Fayetteville early Wednesday morning for doing such things. Here is the official run-down (with mugshot) from the Washington County Sherriff's office website. The official booking is for DWI, Careless Driving, and No Proof of Insurance. His hearing appears to be scheduled for March 25th.
Flynn gets the notoriety of being the first Razorback arrested in the Bielema era. As such, he's likely to face the wrath of a new coach who will surely use this situation to set an example for the rest of the team.
Flynn, most well-known for once having an impressive beard, is heading into his senior season for the Razorbacks. He totaled 10 tackles in 2012 in his first season at Arkansas after an impressive JUCO career at Los Angeles Harbor College.
